What's the total cost and what's included in the Caribbean Escape Women's Retreat?

Double occupancy starts at $1,497 (early bird) and Single occupancy is $1,997 USD. This includes 5 nights at our beachfront resort, all gourmet meals, a professional photoshoot, energy work, a cacao ceremony, a beach massage, a pool party, morning yoga and meditation, and group transportation to and from Tulum International Airport. Flights and travel insurance are not included.

When and where is the retreat held?

The retreat takes place January 8–13, 2027 (5 nights) at a private beachfront resort on the Costa Maya coast in Quintana Roo, Mexico.

Question 3

Are payment plans available?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A $500 deposit secures your spot, and the remaining balance can be split into equal interest-free monthly payments, with the final payment due by December 8, 2026.

Question 4

What if I'm traveling solo? Will I have a roommate?

If you select Double Occupancy, we carefully match you with another solo guest based on a short personality questionnaire. If you'd prefer total privacy, choose our Single Occupancy package for your own casita.

Which airport should I fly into?

Accepted Answer

We recommend flying into Tulum International Airport (TQO). Complimentary group transportation is included on January 8 and January 13 for guests arriving within the recommended shuttle window. Cancún International Airport (CUN) is also an option, but you will need to make your own way to the Tulum airport area to meet the group transportation.

Is the retreat beginner-friendly?

Accepted Answer

Yes. No yoga, meditation, or ceremony experience is needed. Every offering is optional and gently guided, making it perfect for first-time retreat attendees.

What is the cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Cancellations more than 60 days before the retreat receive credit for the full amount paid (minus the $500 non-refundable deposit) toward a future retreat within 24 months. Cancellations between 30 and 59 days receive a 50% credit (minus the $500 deposit). Cancellations less than 30 days before are non-refundable, though if we fill your spot you may receive a full future credit. Registrations may be transferred to another person. There are no cash refunds — credits only.

Can I bring my partner or children?

This retreat is intentionally women-only to maintain a safe, sacred container. Partners and children are welcome to stay at nearby resorts and meet you after the retreat concludes.

Are dietary restrictions accommodated?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our chefs accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, and most allergies. Dietary needs are collected at registration.

Is the venue safe?

Costa Maya is one of the safest regions in Mexico. Our resort is gated with 24/7 camera security, and the group travels together on any off-site excursions.
